We picked our first ear of corn from our garden a while back. Mrs. Sayuri really enjoyed peeling off the husk and playing with the silk on top.
Our very own home-grown organic corn on the cob! My hubby was testing out organic seed that he had ordered from Seeds of Change. He grew them in pots, as we weren’t sure we would be at our current place for long. He only had two corn plants and I think 2 0r 3 cobs from each before they retired – and boy were they delicious.
It was so brilliantly yellow, sweet and juicy. I just had to photograph all that yellow goodness.
